Be careful!!! I had Steve come over to do a furnace cleaning for $65 which seemed liked a great deal. He evaluated the furnace (which was about 7 years old) and he told me I had a gas leak and I needed a new regulator and quoted me $400. He even pass his little meter around and it made noise around the regulator. I went from getting my furnace cleaned to now having to replace a regulator. I found this to be suspicious so I went and bought my own meter and tested for a gas leak and no leak detected.

I had another HVAC professional come and evaluate and he said there was nothing wrong with my furnace or regulator either. I will never do business with this guy.
