Came as fast as they could and were extremely nice. Price wasn't too bad either. I'm very pleased with them.
First these guys took hours to come out only a few miles to get my truck. They quoted me 150 to winch me 6 feet up a hill. I agreed. But when they got me out. They said they wanted 250 or they were gonna call a sheriff to come allow them to steal my truck. And told me I’d be paying then. I’m a property owner in Augusta. They were horrible people. They were crooks. And I’m not sure who hey thought they were dealing with but I had my family with me and I talked them down to 180 by saying that’s all I had. And they still they threatened my safety. It was then I said do what you gotta do. I’m not scared. I want every one in West Virginia to know they are bad people. Do not use this service. This is all true. I swear to god!
Called and they were here in a short time to tow my truck to Winchester on a flat bed. Fine job! Fast , and reasonable price.
We talked to the owner several days ago about purchasing a truck and told him specifically we would be back friday morning at ten am to get it...we cleared our day and went and bought insurance...his kid said we'd have to comeback later...he knew he wasnt going to be able to do it and could have had the common courtesy to tell us...I highly recommend staying away
These boys can do the job, but be sure to get a price before they get started. I called them out to cut up a small tree that had fallen across my drive...that I tried to go over, but got stuck on. All I wanted was the tree removed and my car unstuck. The driver decided "to be nice" - his word, and plow my entire drive without my having asked him to and without asking me if I wanted it done. I was very low on funds, and would not have approved it if given a choice, simply because of my financial situation. I was expected to be charged a standard rate of $60 for the service call because it really wasn't too big of a job. He charged $100. The plowing left some embankments that I got stuck in the next day. He wanted to charge another $50 just to push my car out. I told him I thought he's overcharged me the previous day, providing services that I didn't ask for. If he was "just trying to be nice" he would have done the plowing for free. He was trying to pad the bill. Anyway, he got mad at me for pointing that out and told me never to call him again. I won't and I suggest that you don't either.
