A complete waste of an afternoon by an organization which doesn't understand customer service.
Technician missed service appointment, despite my confirming it in the morning. When I called customer service, which was handled by a central call center, they assured me the manager, Doug, would call me to explain the situation and rectify the missed appointment. Instead, no call back, and still no show.
Called customer service (again) at an hour and a half past appointment and they said a supervisor would assist. Ten minutes of hold, listening to multiple sales pitches, and the call was dropped.
One star given only because it is the lowest.
