I have a 1986 Honda Spree that has needed a rear tire in the past. The first time they did the rear tire, they put the wrong size on, I don't care about that, everyone makes mistakes. The customer service to put the right sized tire on it weeks after I discovered it was rubbing the kickstand as I rode was EXCELLENT. They put the right sized tire on it and didn't charge me anything not even labor, since I already paid for the labor the first time they put the wrong sized tire on it. I drive all the way from West Gardiner to deal with these guys because the service manager is so good at diagnosing problems, sometimes over the phone. Polite, professional, timely, and knowledgable. Definitely worth the drive.
