I visited many retirement communities in the Wichita/Augusta/Andover area and found Cottonwood Point to have the most beautiful setting, it is located on Augusta Lake, the building was in immaculate condition, the staff was friendly and had worked there anywhere from 9 years to 2 years. (It has been opened for 9 years). The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, all appliances including washer/dryer. The rent was below the average for similar facilities in the Wichita Metro area. Prices started at $1198 with all bills included and continental breakfast and bunch on Sunday. Most facilities charge at least $250 and more if there is a second person residing in the apartment. Cottonwood Point does not charge for the second person. The facility is not too small or too large.I like the tag line "Make Your Next Home a Lake Home"
