Zaxbys is my most favorite restaurants they always prepare my food exactly how I order it. But today I decided to go thru the drive thru,I had to repeat myself 3 times before she could here my order. I get home after a 20 min ride a my food is wrong I can't even eat it after I spent $25.88 there. So I'm looking everywhere for my recite it wasn't in the bag and she never handed me one it took her like 2to3 min to give me my .12 back. So I called the manager and she wants me to drive back another 20mins just to get them to make my food right, so I would have to stop and put more gas in my ride so she said to bring them back when ever and she would replace my salads so after my husband has to work 3rd shift and gets the ride available to me I can and don't know when that will be. So my husband has to go and stop on his way to work to his lunch and dinner going to voltga where there's no where to eat. My point is I feel like they should replace my two salad's I shouldn't have to keep these in my refrigerater.I am very disappointed in the service I got today and upset that I can't eat what I was craving all week. I'm very very aggravated with Zaxby's I don't even want to rate it right now.

Have been a long time customer at the Peach Orchard location for years, but NOT any more! Someone PLEASE send an inspector to check the food!
