OMG dirty and old! Clothes smelled bad after cleaning

The service here was the worst service imaginable. I dropped an item off to be altered. The owner lost it, promise to call in a day or so. After a week had gone by I went back. She would not release my item because I didn't want to listen to her explanation. She got very irate, began cursing etc. I was totally disgusted that any business owner would behave in such a manner. I literally had to call the police to retrieve my garment which appeared dirty. Please take your business elsewhere. It's not worth the time or money.
