I have called about 5 times and my aaa company has called about 6 times today and have not been able to get thru at all so I am not sure what kind of company this is yet.

This guy is a know it nothing. I called him with a simple request and he automatically jumped to another subject that happened to be my area of knowledge and rambled for 10 minutes without letting me get a word in anywhere. What he said was wrong and he ignored the simple request. It was laughable. I wouldn't let him IN my front door, much less put a lock on it. I politely said my goodbyes and hung up.
