Consider purchasing from another dealer. Our service was terrible. We ordered a trampoline on Dec 1 for delivery just before Christmas. We never received any sort of confirmation notice that they would be coming the week of their arrival or any update as to exactly when they expected to arrive once they were on the road. The delivery men arrived an hour past the three hour window they had given us and then failed to bring part of our order that was to be the "big gift" from Santa. After waiting for them to arrive all afternoon we were frustrated. Our salesperson barely apologized and Mtold us that shipping it to us by Christmas Eve (still 4 business days away) would be impossible. In short they hire the cheapest labor they can find and fail to follow through when they make a mistake. Given three weeks notice, the order should have been correctly loaded on the truck at the very least.
