I hate renting from this group. They only care about cash. Nevermind the leaking roofs, poorly insulated apartments, cracks in the floor and window frames, old stinking carpet, the lies told prior to signing my lease, critters living side by side with you, old wood floors that look nice at first glance but need restoration (ie get a tetanus booster), and compliants that but yeild untimely results or no response. Worst of all, there is no way out of the lease. I guess I can only blame myself for that peice. I could go on and on. Just ask some of the people on Broad street and they will confirm the above. Beware...
