C. T. Walker Traditional Magnet School was built in 1934, and offers a curriculum for students in grades kindergarten through eight. The school is affiliated with the Mobile County School District and serves to more than 400 students. It offers various subjects, including English, language arts, spelling and vocabulary, reading intervention and writing skills, mathematics intervention and reasoning, science, social studies, and health and physical education. The elementary school also offers fine arts, music, media arts, computer technology and special education classes. The school provides a wide range of facilities, such as a library and media center, computer laboratory, music, fine arts rooms, medical center and cafeteria. It also offers the services of counselor and nurse. C. T. Walker Traditional Magnet School is located in Augusta, Ga.
