We engaged Pat Ward to do an addition to our home. The work was completed in 2011. To date, the brand new shower in the master suite has leaked down into our great room; the new AC system has leaked through the ceiling in our son's room and the deck over our garage leaks as well. The roof of our garage is collapsing in as a result of the water damage. We've contacted Pat on a number of occasions and he has declined to stand behind his work. We paid him in excess of $200K for the work and we have had nothing but issues with the quality of the work. He does not stand behind his work. I would not engage him to renovate your home. I would also not purchase any of his new construction homes.
