One staff member their need to be replaced. Her attitude and behavior is the worst I have seen in 20 yrs. If she is so unsatisfied with her job then she needs to leave. She will intentionally mess up on the urine sample. She talks to the customer in a degrading manner. She deliberately lies to cover her action. Someone may need to perform a drug screen on her.

This place has horrible customer service and will hold you up for a job opportunity because they don't have a urgency for other people's needs.

Our company needed a local group to handle our testing and group needs. These folks have worked very well with us.
