Tina and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with their services. She watches over the customer to ensure her nail services and any other venue items are top-notch. It's a busy shop and sometimes a person has to wait. But, that's how business is structured. First come, first served. If you want a guarantee to have a certain time slot, then simply make an appointment. They do good work in this shop. I consistently have a pedicure and nails done bi-weekly....partially to ensure good foot health and partially to spoil myself. They provide a relaxing and thorough pedicure, trimming the nails to a healthy length, washing and massaging the feet and legs and so forth. They also provide 2 coats of polish, plus a top coat on both fingernails and toenails. I also get my fingernails done every 2 weeks. It's a great way to spend a morning and to get spoiled. The services at Top Nails are competitively priced and are a fair value. I highly recommended this shop. PAM

Received a shellac manicure and pedicure one week ago. Shellac manicure is already starting to peel. Wanted to relax but had both feet and hands worked on at same time. Polish was nearly gone and had liquid added to make it runny. Had to walk across floor barefoot to get to nail dryer. Not sanitary. Was charged extra $5 for two toe decorations. Staff stood around talking a lot. Not a relaxing atmosphere. I had to ask for sandals and open the package myself. Won't be going back. Total price $60 with tip. Learned a lesson.
