To ensure your trees and shrubs are properly cared for our certified arborists and tree care specialists receive on-going training to stay current with the best practices of the arboriculture industry. Our staff is knowledgeable and practiced in all areas of arboriculture. We use the latest in modern equipment and safety practices. Tree Service Area You'll find our tree specialists caring for trees in residential and commercial areas all over Pierce and south King County including Gig Harbor and the Key Peninsula. Once in a while we venture onto the Sammamish Plateau, Mercer Island and Bellevue. Bryce Landrud, the principal in Thundering Oak Enterprises, Inc has been a Certified Arborist ( #PN0232 ) since 1992. Mr. Landrud is a 1979 graduate of Washington State University in in Pullman WA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management. He is a lifelong resident of Auburn, Washington. We have two certified arborists and two certified tree workers on staff. Tree related work can be hazardous. Let's face it trees are often tall, large and heavy and they surround valuable assets your house, your neighbor's house and cars! For your protection we have all of the appropriate licenses, registrations, insurance, and bonding. And, all of our workers are employees ( not casual laborers ) and are fully covered by workmen's compensation insurance. Our coverage provides two benefits to you. First, it tells you we have an excellent track record of error-free work because that error-free work keeps our rates affordable. Second, in the remote event of damage or injury our insurance will make the situation whole. Thundering Oak Enterprises, Inc is committed to your protection. We are happy to provide documentation of our licenses, registration, insurance and bonding upon request. This provides you with the assurance that all of these are current at the time we perform tree care services for you. Thundering Oak Enterprises, Inc assumes no liability for damage done to underground utilities or pipes which we are not made aware of in advance.
