I am not sure where the other reviews are coming from but I had a large water damage in my home and Restorx came out and not only helped pack out all of my possessions but they helped me list the items that could not be saved and submit the list to my insurance. All of my contents were then cleaned and stored at there warehouse until my house was completely finished. When my house was done they came in and did a final clean and then helped me unpack all of my belongings and put them away. As for my electronics I received copies of the sub contractor invoices attached to Restorx's invoice. All work was invoiced directly to my insurance and copies of everything was also sent to me. My experience was wonderful and I have and will refer them in the future!!!

They were beyond horrendous. They were paid tens and tens of thousands of dollars.They stole, lie, cheated, broke hand made irreplaceable items, denied breaking or damaging MOST of the things they did and then refused to pay. The repeatedly said how they do this all the time do not worry about anything and they even took hand made irreplaceable items to restore and refused to admit it or acknowledge what they did and would never answer what happened to those items. They are the worst company int he world. We never would have believed a company can charge so much and treat the customer so horribly constantly lying and cheating and breaking and destroying and refusing to admit it or pay or do anything about it. It was a horrible horrible experience. Do not ever use them and spread the word so others do not have to go through what we did.

Do not sign a contract with this company to clean your fire, smoke damaged home. It is the first thing in your face. WAIT. I found that my electrical equipment, which was high tech and all printers, tvs., etc were not invoiced when they returned in bubble wrap. I cannot get the name of the vendor, or vendors. The company acts with lies and bulling to keep the homeowner in a state of confusion.It is a long time before you can get into your home after a fire, so do not sign with this company until you have a talked to a couple of companies. Move your belongins out of the smoke area, incloset, etc and cover until you talk to get another company. The independent claims agent will ask you immediately if you are going to hire the contractors, say or I do not know. They only want to feed off of the money that they can get from you. I did not get my belongings and priceless possessions cleaned or stored with my knowledge of who the vendors were, and many items are not mislaid or neglected.
