The North Auburn Rehabilitation & Health Center offers long-term care, skilled nursing, subacute care and outpatient rehabilitation services. It assists patients with physical, cognitive, psychosocial and communication impairments. The center offers a variety of rehabilitation services, including respiratory, physical, occupational and speech therapies. It is a part of Extendicare, which operates more than 260 long-term care facilities across North America and serves over 30,000 residents. Extendicare also offers assisted living, home health assistance and consulting services. It has an interdisciplinary clinical team that provides a range of care management services, such as discharge planning and case and clinical account management.
