And honor written agreements, whether he likes it or not. Took a month to get an appointment. Called the week prior to verify time/date. Took the day off of work. Drove half an hour to get there. Showed up early. Didn't have a record of either coordination in his handwritten notebooks. Then stated he didn't do what was in the agreement as spelled out very clearly in the very first bullet point of the document. Bad business, poor organization, very poor customer service - I was not going to stick around and see if he could screw up my car as well.

Took my car here after purchasing a groupon for oil changes among other offers included with the purchase of the punch card. Needed an oil change and to check on a minor squeaking noise that I presumed to be a bad belt. Was told the noise was a bad A/C belt so I had it replaced along with the oil change. When I picked up my car the noise was worse than when I dropped it off so I was very disappointed. Dropped the car back off to have the issue re-assessed and was told that the part that was installed was faulty so that had to be redone. Since the issue with the squeaking that I originally brought it in for had not been fixed at all by the A/C belt they now informed me that the problem was with the oxygen sensor and needed an additional 489 dollars on top of the 280 I already spent prior to supposedly fix the issue. Had them replace the oxygen sensor, at a premium mind you, and low and behold still squeaking and my check engine light came on right after I picked it up. Brought my car back in a third time and now shocking there was more issues that they deemed the reason for the squeaking noise. Was told I would now need a new coil pack and hub assembly. Did not have them fix these issues since the first two things they fixed were not done properly and didn't even fix the issue I brought it in for. On top of this when I picked my car up from the third time bringing it in, it was barely driveable. Now something doesn't seem quite right about the fact that when I dropped my car off it had very minor issues and now it is barely driveable and very unsafe from whatever shotty work they have done. Word to the wise don't waste your money here. They do not do good work and seem to have very little knowledege of simple mechanics at all. Wish I never would have brought my car there.

I received a call from Walt the owner and he refunded my money and I would send my friends here to have work done they are good guys.

I had my daughters boyfriend bring my car in to have a windshield replaced and two tires put on. When he was driving home the tire flew off because Walt the owner of the shop forgot to put the lug nuts on. When I went back he said he would only give me 25:00 back for the tires. I feel it should of been more because now I have to go get my car check out. I will never bring my car here ever again. It seemed that Walt could have cared less that someone could of got hurt or maybe even killed. He mad a joke about the windshield being done right it was not a laughing matter.

This one the best companies I have dealt with. Walt, the owner, is very personable and honest. He stands behind his workmanship with a lifetime warranty on the work. I have had 2 windshields replaced with absolutely no problems.One was a 2007 Kia Rondo and the other was 2005 Kia Spectra. I will not use any other company in this area. I found this company through money mailer system and then checked them out on line and I am glad I did.
