his was one of the worst experiences I have had working with someone. He charged me $144 and did not fix the problem with my computer. I called and told him that the problem was not resolved and he scheduled an appointment to come out the following day. He never showed up and after ignoring numerous texts and calls he finally called that evening to tell me he over-slept. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and he challenged the dispute and I was out the money even though I had to hire someone else to come and fix my computer because he failed. Avoid this irresponsible and unprofessional provider.
