I just bought a car yesterday (Auburn, WA) and of course, so far, so good. The sales person was really nice and seemed to genuinely want to help. The process was not tedious, all paperwork was in order and the process was not at all rushed.In any case, there is one huge downside. You will likely drive off the lot with a vehicle, but expect to pay at least 3 times what the car is worth. I'm sure that is why they speak to consumers in terms of bi-weekly payments...it seems like you're not paying as much. Spread that out over almost three years and you'll wind up paying FIVE TIMES what the car is worth when all is said and done.I'm sure that the price I paid for not having impeccable...or just bad...credit. I get that although it seems so much like overkill than it does like them seriously trying ot help.Making a killing off high-risk consumers is primary. The consumer's need is secondary. No doubt about it. But hey, I did get a reliable car and I thank God for it.
