Had Custom install gutters on a commercial building. They insisted I needed a wider gutter to keep water from overflowing. Paid extra and did that. It still didn't work. The reason, I was advised by them, was that it now needed some type of leaf guard. I paid another $600 for that. It didn't work. The owner, after numerous complaints, said he examined the gutters and there were no problems. I advised he should look at it during the rain, when the water poured over the improperly installed gutters like Niagara Falls. He said he would. I called him several weeks later, and he indicated he had looked at it twice, and no problems. I was perplexed when his own worker said he really NEVER looked at it, and was lying. I called him again and he said he would be there one morning. I waited and he never showed up. I came to the conclusion he is a pathological liar, that really doesn't know what he's doing. Using his company is ASKING FOR FUTURE TROUBLE.
