I love that Tri CIty does not charge extra for interior design services. It gives me peace of mind that I am getting expert advice and I am not charges extra for it. I appreciate that they care enough about me and my space that they want my money to be well spent on items that will work and look great in my home. I love their customer service and their prices are fantastic. I have looked around in Midland, Bay City and Saginaw and none of them compare to Tri City! Their quality is fantastic and their prices are very fair. Lower than other stores with the same brands and items. Won't shop anywhere else!

My wife bought our sofa at Tri City Furniture 10 years ago. It has went through 5 moves, 3 kids, 2 dogs, a number of all nighters, 20 teenagers crawling over it and a few spilled sodas and it still looked great! I couldn't belive that when we sold it on Craig's list we got the same price that we purchased it for! We are now looking again at the store for a reclining leather sofa or sectional and the choices there are so great it is very hard to choose. Thank you Tri City for having American made quality furniture. We will only shop with you!

I bought a new house and the first thing it needed was blinds. I called Kathy @ TriCity and she helped me figure out what the best choice was. She informed me how to measure for my blinds. It seemed easy so I did it on my own, but Kathy offered to come and measure for me. My blinds came in just a few weeks. They were easy to install because each blind had a sticker telling be where and which window it belonged to. They were absolutely beautiful! They made my house look of much more value than what I paid for it. I would only buy blinds from Tri City. They have so many choices and the service was wonderful.

Will not shop there again, poor customer service!
