It saddens me to see that someone gave Kelly a bad review! Kelly has been doing my hair for over 10 years and I am as particular as they come about my hair! Not only is Kelly an AMAZING hair stylist, she would bend over backwards if she knew you were not happy about your hair (whether it was her fault or whether you chose a look that wasn't suited for you). Kelly is great and Shear Madness is phenominal! I don't believe they would ever refer to themselves as a "spa" either because they are all about giving you the best in a "down to earth" atmosphere! So if you were looking for a ritzy "spa" you are right....Stay away from Shear Madness! However, if you want good top notch service with a smile and a hug.....GO SEE KELLY or any of the others in there....I think they are WONDERFUL!

The crew at this salon are fabulous! You couldn't ask for better service! They treat you like a queen/king and their prices are amazing especially compared to the other nice salons in the area. Plus they seemed to have remodled recently and it looks amazing! I will definitely be back!
