As time went on and the business developed, the company expanded to include design/build and in 1994, Thayer Corporation became a licensed LINC certified franchise. The company is structured and organized to provide rapid turnkey solutions to the most challenging new construction, retrofit or system repair. It provides licensed engineers, certified indoor air quality professionals, certified energy managers, licensed heating, ventilation and air conditioning technicians and installers. Thayer Corporation also provides sheet metal mechanics and fabricators, licensed plumbers and pipe fitters, licensed electricians and control technicians. Thayer Corporation is located in Auburn, Maine.
