It has helped businesses by selling and installing hardware, cabling, setting up local area networks and interfacing printer solutions. The Software Place has installed and networked Peachtree Software and provided third party enhancements as well as writing custom reports. The company is now a division of R.D. Berthiaume Business Consultants. Located in Auburn, Mass., The Software Place services all of New England and has customers as far north as Burlington, Vt., and as far south as Miami.
