My experience working with Mastermans has been exceptional. I always have curtious sales reps and the savings I recievce are phenomenal compared to Northern Safety and Grainger. To the comment above, mostly everything in this country comes from China because everyone doesn't want to pay the money to buy American made. Also, Northern Safety buys the SAME gloves from the SAME manufacturers from China. 99% of safety supply distributors have all the same products, just marketed differently and priced differently. As far as the smell of the gloves goes, I'm sure you're talking about PVC/ Latex, that are sent from overseas (and not always China, most come from Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, etc) in a conatiner that sometimes sits for weeks on a dock in California, what do you expect?! For them to smell like roses? I've never had a smelling problem with ANY of my glasses and always find the best deals with Mastermans. Check them out! If you want to be harassed with endless sales calls, faxes and spam this is the place to buy from. The products are imported from lovely China so if they don't smell like mildew they have a chemical poisonous smell. My guys won't wear the moldy gloves or poison smelling glasses. If that's not bad enough a new sales girl calls to introduce herself every other week. Quite the turn over rate, or just another excuse to interrupt our work day. It's not worth the nickel you save.
