Car shopping can be a daunting process and in the hands of a typical, aggressive sales person, it can be stressful and overwhelming. Thankfully, I was helped and assisted by Gene who was an ideal mix of professionalism, courteousness and calm. He was never pushy and was incredibly personable and good natured. I highly recommend you go see him if you are in the market for used car or truck. I ended up making my purchase over the weekend and couldn't be happier with the complete service I received from Gene and his team. And the icing on the cake is that I got a great deal on my new truck.

after years and years buying cars from the large dealership groups we decided to give lux auto in auburn a chance . they had just the car we were looking for and it was the lowest price for miles around . ( we looked at all the websites and nobody had this particular nissan altima for less . ) glad we checked them out . no pressure , little to no " haggling " and very , very friendly staff

My wife just happened to stop in one day to look at a BMW and came home and told me about it. I was recovering from a knee surgery and unable to go look at the vehicle at that time. Billy kept calling me at home to answer my questions about mileage, color, engine size, etc. As soon as I was able (about three weeks later) we went together to see the vehicle. Luckily it was still there. I was still shocked at how genuinely friendly Billy and the sales manager were. I HATE dealerships and the whole car-buying process, always feeling like I'm in for a fight; but after working with Lux Auto Plus, I have to change my mind. Because of Billy's persistence and not forgetting about us, we have a wonderful new BMW that we love! I would recommend them to anyone!

Billy was terrific. Could not be more happy with my Nissan Altima. Saw it online and it was even nicer in person. Smooth transaction every step of the way.

I am a younger guy and I was looking for a Subaru STI and Lux auto had one. I called Anthony ahead of time because the car was on the show room floor the last time I looked at it. He assured me the car would be ready when I came in. It was not, in fact he wasn’t even there! I talked with Chris instead. Chris never took me as a serious buyer and I was shown no respect at all. They called my credit score fake and talked down to me the entire time.
I recently received a call back from Chris asking if I was still interested in the STI when I said no he began yelling and arguing with me over then phone. Again showing no respect. I have told my friends and work colleagues about how disappointed I was in my service. It is a real bummer that because of their service they lost the easy sale of their showroom car. I was treated very unprofessionally and even my complaint call was not taken seriously. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Don’t waste your time here just drive on past. I came here for the good reviews and I left with a bad experience.

We had a spectacular carbuying experience so far. Chris dealt with us straight, gave us no runaround, and issued an honest assessment of our options that agreed with our research using other independent reviews and guides. Under most circumstances, I expect that walking into a dealer provides an uphill battle to not be manipulated, but Lux Auto (and Chrsi espeically) was terrific all the way around!
