I had numerous errors and indecisiveness on a purchase and the gentlemen Mario and Mike who delivered my order were the best!!! They were very friendly, had great attitudes, personality and most comforting way of making me feel comfortable with their handling of my merchandise. Mario accommodated me above and beyond his duties and could be a great salesman with is honesty and beautiful smile. He is valuable to the company and holds his position well. I thank these gentlemen very much for their professionalism and compassion toward me as a customer. Thank You Guys!

Bedroom furniture delivered and I immediately noticed and was bothered by a strong odor of off gassing VOCs (possible formaldehyde, etc.). Opened window for some ventilation when not raining and setup room fans. Odor worse by Friday and had to close door to keep fumes from rest of house. Fri and Sat I foolishly went in bedroom to hang pictures, put on bedding, etc. and got sick from dangerous fumes. Shortly afterwards was rushed to hospital with severe repertory problems. A representative from Gardner White came out to inspect furniture and agreed the chemical order (off gassing) was present and promised management would get back with me. Days later a non-management store representative called to say a manager was not available and they would contact me the next business day. That was a week ago and meanwhile Im still forced to close off the bedroom to keep the rest of my house safe from the dangerous chemical fumes.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place to go! If your reading this before you go get your furniture, do yourself a favor and NEVER go here! Let's start off by saying how Awful their customer service reps are, I have spoken with a girl named Amber a couple of times and every time she gets on the phone she has a bad attitude and clearly hates her job. We waited 6 weeks for our furniture that was suppose to be in the warehouse in 2. Every time we talked to them they had some excuse on why it wasn't in. They obviously don't care about their customers and more about the money they are getting in their back pocket. What a joke of a place.

Usually I don't do this sort if thing, but after the experience my husband and I have had at this particular location I needed to let people know as a warning if you are thinking of buying from here. Unfortunately they have you rate at least one star, but I would give 0 stars. We ordered furniture about a month ago, the lady that helped us assured us it would be in on a specific date or before...well it's been a month and STILL nothing. We have called several times and the response is ALWAYS " oh I'm sorry your order will be in next Saturday" it's now been the fourth "Saturday" as of today. To make a long story short we decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere. We will never be shopping at a Gardner white again.

Horrible products, cheap, and poor quality!
