They wouldn't send someone to do an estimate, but quoted me $700.00 from a photo they asked me to send them. The job was done in less than an hour, same day, by one of their competitors, for ............. $150.00 !!

I run the installation side of a large kitchen and bath. I have a lot going on so require responsible people when I subcontract. Not only were they on time, they were polite and respectful of my homeowner's property. Will definitely use again for next project in the area.

Mike D came to our house for a repair on 7/29/15. He called in advance, correctly estimating his arrival within the promised block. He was friendly and personable upon arrival. He assessed the situation, then discussed other issues with our toilet. He provided a comparison of the cost of the repair (and repairs to come) with the installation of a new toilet. All of the information was very clear. While he showed a range of products, I did not feel like he was pushing a more expensive model. We decided to install a new toilet. Another fine job from Mike D. installing a new toilet in our downstairs bathroom. My husband and I tried to fix it ourselves and it became a major headache. Mike also fixed an annoying leak under our laundry tub, a very difficult place to place to reach! Once again we are completely satisfied.

Mike D. was our service tech. We requested him by name because he serviced our commercial building previously when we had backup issues with our plumbing. This time around it was a frozen pipe and even though we took all the proper steps to minimize the freezing, Mike was able to assist by offering tips to prevent future problems. Also, since the pipes were close to being thawed out when he arrived, he fixed the flapper in one of our bathrooms to minimize the trip charge. Very professional and helpful from the initial phone call to the service I received in my home. The person on the phone was very nice and offered advise to clear the blockage before sending someone out. She was also able to give me a ballpark estimate on the phone prior to making an appt. The repair man arrived on time and did a great job....and took extra care not to make a huge mess. I would definately use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Our company has used A-fordable numerous times for our plumbing work. They have done everything from repairing leaks to replacing toilets. On the last job they did, I had to obtain 3 quotes. A-fordable not only quoted to our specs, but then suggested alternates that brought the price well below the other plumbers. When we have called them with an emergency plumbing problem, they rerouted their plumbers and got them right over to our building. This company is very honest and their plumbers are very professional. I highly recommend them.

A very professional plumber called me 20 minutes before his arrival (which was well in the time window promised), showed up, introduced himself, and shook hands. He asked me to show him all my plumbing issues – I had several – a leaky kitchen sink that was clogged, several faucets that were dripping, shut-off valves for my toilet and washer. He took care of the sink and routed the drain properly (another plumber had installed the drain improperly), stopped the drips in my faucets and replaced the valves. Neat, clean, quick, clearly know his business. I will use this company again, and recommend them to others. Painless repair and very reasonable price.

I called Affordable to repair a major leak in my kitchen. When I called their office the receptionist was friendly and helpful and provided me with an estimate for the repair. I told her that I had a very demanding schedule and need the serviceman at a specific time. She was able to confirm the time. The serviceman actually showed up 5 minutes early! I showed him the problem and he went right to work, quickly found the problem and was able to make the repair. I was billed for the exact cost of the estimate. I have always hated to have workmen in my home but this was absolutly the best "repair" experience I have ever had!
