Contracted Mr. Smith to log a large parcel of timber a few years ago, told me he would do it during the winter and it never was done. I contacted him during the next summer and he assured he would ge to it, now three years later he hasn't contacted me. I could have used the money, now i've contacted another logger. One star because he kept me on the phone for an hour after the contract expired; explaining why he couldn't do it in the winter; a year after explaining why he could'nt do it in the summer.
