If I could give this place negative stars I would. Their employees who answer the phones are uninformed, rude, they lie and they do not follow up when they say they will. Unfortunately, Home Depot, from whom I ordered the doors, has not been able to get a response, and does not follow up, either. I would recommend you stay away from any retailer who uses them for installation. Because if there are issues, it will be a nightmare to get a resolution.

I would NEVER refer this company to anyone! Had a garage door installed * months ago. Motion system crashed. The representative had no idea what she was talking about, kept putting me on hold, explained that was not tech educated, cont to ask me to figure it out climb ladders, and things only a technition would understand. Paid a lot of money for garage system ~ asked if someone could come out to look at the system - refused to send someone out. When I explained that my mom was 69 years old and her daughters works full-time - claimed we cannot send someone out there for an extremely long time! $ weeks to a month - to check a motion system?! She would not let me talk, cont to put me on hold. I finally asked to talk to a supervisor. He 'stepped out' - finally called back in an hour. Claimed he sits right next to the representative - didn't hear anything out the ordinary really? Then said 'you cant seem to let this go' Are you kidding me? This is how companies talk to clients? Horrible
