Composite Modules designs, manufactures and markets a line of proprietary, standard and high-performance motor drive components and modules used by the motor-drive industry. The company s products are used in a variety of applications, such as industrial processing, compressors, air moving equipment, medical equipment, scientific instrumentation and motion control equipment. Composite Modules began manufacturing semiconductor packaging materials for the electronic semiconductor industry. The company s product line includes several types of brushless direct current motor drivers, as well as power devices, such as single-, dual-, mini- and quad-pac metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors; single insulated gate bipolar transistors; and power module packages. Composite Modules was incorporated in Attleboro, Mass., in 1968.
