Do NOT use this company. I had an appointment for repair work and was told the technician would be at my house between 9 and 11. I took off work and he never showed up. I called twice that day and was told both times he would be here. By 5:30,still no technician. They even took my credit card number to secure my appt. horrible customer service!!! Or should I say, NO service! I would give 0 stars, but the site wouldn't let me.
