Escambia County Middle School provides education to students in grades five through eight. The school is affiliated with the Escambia County School District. The school s curriculum includes English, science, mathematics, social studies, Spanish and physical education. It also offers counseling services and special education classes for students with learning disabilities. The various amenities offered to students are a gymnasium, computer laboratories, a cafeteria and a media center. The classrooms are equipped with computers having Internet access. The school provides a wide range of sports activities, such as basketball, football, cheerleading and volleyball. Escambia County Middle School was established in 1975, and is located in Atmore, Ala.
