0I've only been vaping for about a month every time I have a question the answer it knowledgeably and efficiently their selection of flavors better than most if you're an inexperienced vaporizer this is a shop I would recommend it's a godsend for me thanks black hat hope you stay in business for a long time
These guys are vapor enthusiasts! Their friendly, helpful attitudes really set this shop apart from others. The employees will patiently help you find a flavor that you like and tailor your nicotine level to your needs. They will also custom mix flavor combos at no additional cost.
When I have broken my equipment, I've brought it into the shop and the guys/girls are often able to repair it (or identify whatever I've done wrong) and have me on my way with a functional device. They don't charge anything for repairs and are happy to fix your equipment even if you did not purchase it from them. The employees never try to up-sell you or tell you to get things that you don't need. They are all about quality, not quantity.
Also, their juice and equipment prices are insanely inexpensive compared to other places I've been. I purchased a 10ml bottle of juice at another shop for $12.00 and got the EXACT same flavor (if not better!) in a 30ml bottle (!!!) for the same price at Blackhat.
They have something to offer for everyone...whether you're new to vaping or an advanced vaper who builds mods. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Blackhat Vapor, like any other company out there, may be in business to make money, but unlike many other companies, we don't want to make that money by overcharging, price-hiking, slandering competitors, or providing misinformation. We want to supply you with the best information available, to make an informed decision on what you will need to quit smoking, or continue vaping. Our employees do not make commissions, and we do not give bonuses or incentives on product sold. What this means to you is, we will not try to up-sell you. We will not try to "convince" you our product is superior. We will give you all the information we have, and gladly have you check out our competitors to see what they offer, so you can know exactly what you are getting when you purchase any Blackhat product. At Blackhat Vapor, we are concerned about much more than just selling e-cigs. Our staff is made up of a group of very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly vapers. Our employees are happy to help answer any questions and solve issues with your e cigarette, whether its a Blackhat product or not. We may not carry parts for non-standard electronic cigarettes, but if you are having a problem with your e-cig, bring it in and we will do our best to troubleshoot and fix the problems, to help get you back up and vaping.
