Provided by YPmobileWhen I went, a good deal of the exhibits were closed. The ones that were there were amazing. This zoo is rather small compared to others that I have seen.

Provided by YP.comZoo Atlanta is a wonderful zoo, especially for families with young children. They have an amazing play area complete with carousel and train. Some people say the Zoo is rather small, however, we’ve been members for the past 2 years and there are some exhibits we still haven’t made it too (ex: the petting zoo) because there is always so much to see and do. The exhibits are great-many of them, like the Lions and the Pandas, have glass walls so you always have a good view. They also have an amazing bird show as well as the opportunity to feed the birds in the arboretum. (Bird seed sticks are available for purchase at the front of the park).

Provided by YPmobileMy son's school has been to Zoo Atlanta approximately 5 times since school has been in. $18 for a ticket to see animals per child is a little to high for me.

Provided by YPmobileTop rating not because it's a great zoo, but because it is an essential getaway with the youngsters. The real-time goat dropping clean up in the petting zoo is my favorite.

Provided by YPmobileWe have been members of this zoo for many years as my kids have always loved it. I like that they have continued to improve the park and add new exhibits. The latest reptiles house is top notch and an amazing addition!

Provided by YP.comWhatever you do, do NOT buy their food! I would suggest packing a lunch. My boyfriend and I ate at a diner near the pandas and paid over $20 for a meal that tasted as if it was left overs thrown into a wrap.
