Poor business ethics, I brought my car in at 10:38 to be inspected and then came back 30 minutes later to pick up my car but to my surprise, my keys were missing and had left with another customer.
I could not go to work because the keys to my work van with my tools and my house keys were all together. 2:09 I received a call that my keys were ready to be picked up. Due to their negligence, I was not able to go to work. I lost 2 hours of lost wages,80.00, I'm a handyman. I asked for my lost wages of 80.00 and they refused and stated that it was an accident and they were not going to pay. Here is another example of business greed, poor ethics, and a lapse in good judgment. Whether the lost keys were by accident or neglect it is still your responsibility to make sure my keys aren't misplaced.
Now I will have to take you to court and I will Win and it will cost you more than 80.00. Would you leave your car with them? If they dent your car are they going to refuse to pay for the damages and say it was an accident? Sometimes mishaps happen. Sometimes you just have to man up and pay for your mistakes monetarily.

These guys are the best! I have been going there since they opened. I regularly get rides from the wonderful owners to my office. They have worked with me to keep my old cars going. Clean, kid friendly facility. The best!

I can't say enough good things about this Goodyear! After what appeared to be a 2nd recall incident, I had my 2001 Toyota Sienna towed to the dealer, just to tell me I was wrong, but all they did was put new oil in it, tell me I needed a cat conv (with no est) and sent me on my way. Goodyear diagnosed it as fuel injectors, which fixed everything, and the price was perfect!!!! Highly recommend this location!
