Honestly I should have known when I laid hands on her business card. The black background with a white border, looks far more like something a club bouncer would hand out or a DJ advertising at a kids party rather than a professional business card presented by a learned attorney. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney in my life. Ms. Herron prepared for my case literally the night before and arrived in a total state of disarray, not to mention her bad oral hygiene. I worked with Ms. Herron for over a month prior to trial and could never reach her, she has no paralegals that Im aware of, only a receptionist and is always out of office, phone calls are never returned promptly and when they are she ensures the calls are brief lasting only 60 seconds regardless of the content. Ms. Herron possesses the knowledge base of a first year law student from a third tier law school at best. The judge throughout my case continuously corrected her, the judge even told her when to object to certain evidence presented by the other party!!! Ms. Herron had no idea of court procedures such as asking the judge when to approach rather than just walking up. Save your retainer fee go elsewhere or even go shopping with your money and represent yourself!!!! Her AAVO rating is a total joke and should not be trusted. I used that as a reference and deeply regret it. STAY AWAY!!!!! Currently a malpractice is in the works!!!
