Absolutely terrible experience with the leadership staff of this hotel. While staying at the hotel for a conference, we had a camera stolen from our room. Come to find out, the door lock was not retracting completely and anyone could have waltzed into and had access to our valuables. The loss prevention officer witnessed the malfunction, yet neglected to put that into his report. Now, the claims department says that it was reported the door is in proper working order and not malfunctioning… It took 2 months to get to this point and now I am told I was mistaken. Ridiculous. Will never stay at a Marriott again.
