Riverwood High School offers a variety of extracurricular and educational services to students in grades nine through 12. It is a private school that has an enrollment of more than 1,200 students. The school offers various subjects, including English, mathematics, science, American history, geography, art, music, and health and physical education. Riverwood High School offers foreign languages classes, including Spanish, French, Latin, Japanese and Chinese. Its also provides advanced placement courses in more than 14 subjects and over 25 International Baccalaureate courses. It also organizes various sports activities, such as baseball, softball, football, volleyball, basketball and cross country. The school s library offers a large collection of encyclopedias, newspapers, magazines, textbooks, fiction and atlases. It is located in Atlanta and is affiliated with the Fulton County Schools.
