Much like a previous reviewer, I had a terrible experience with this company. My custom order was promised to take 6 weeks, but it has been 10 weeks and counting. They did not order the equipment from the mfg in a timely manner and then when it was ready to go it sat on the mfg's dock for a week waiting to be shipped. To make matters worse, the piece of equipment weighs nearly 1,000 pounds and Rest Max didn't request a lift gate, so the delivery has been delayed by nearly another week. When you call to complain or ask to speak to someone who can help, you get the run around EVERY time! Stay away from the disreputable company!

I custom ordered furniture IN STORE and it wasn't shipped until 3 weeks after it was promised and then it was wrong when it arrived. This is a great place to purchase your restaurant supplies from, and even your home supplies from!!! The staff is great, wonderful, nice, and very helpful! I would refer anyone to this place; it's amazing!!! Customer service is the key in what I look for when shopping, and they give it all that they have!!!
