New roof leaked 8 months after installation. Roof began leaking badly on Sunday, Feb 4, 2018. His website says they have 24hr. emergency service, but I could not reach him for 2 days. I was told by email to put something in the attic to catch the water and he would be back in town at the end of the week Fri? Sat? Sun?. I had to make emergency repairs. I could not wait due to rains predicted for next 10 days. Mr. Dailey says he was out of town and did not send anyone to make repairs until Feb19, 2018! Mr. Dailey did not personally come to see damages until March 16, 2018. Rapid Roofers refused to pay for emergency repairs. Said I did not give him a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before paying for the repairs myself. I complained to the BBB and Mr. Dailey responded with photos that he ALTERED. What is it that he's trying to cover up by photoshopping these pictures?In these photos you can clearly see the water marks coming down the vent pipe that goes through the ceiling. Mr. Dailey says the water was from my air conditioning unit. I had my furnace checked and was told the leak would have come from the bottom of the unit, not the top and only if it was running. I was not running air conditioning in the middle of the winter. There is much more to this story, but too much to list. I cannot recommend Rapid Roofers. I find him and his work ethics to be untruthful and dishonest.

I was very impressed with the finish product on my roof. Efficently done and was priced resonable.

Over the summer we had a significant hail storm in our area. I didn't know if we had hail damage or not but my husband's car had dings in it and when I saw Rapid Roofer's ad I called for a free hail damage assessment. Troy came out and spent about an hour looking at my roof, my deck, and other areas of my home that might be damaged by the hail. He told me that yes I had hail damage and needed to go ahead and file a claim with my insurance company as my roof definately needed replacing. The insurance company sent an assessor out and he looked at my roof while I was away. I got an email from my insurance company saying there was about $450 of damage and since this was below my dedutible no amount would be paid. I let Troy know and he said "no ma'am you need a new roof - the adjustor is not correct in his assessment". Now I realize it is up to the insurance company to deny as many claims as they can but I most likely would have accepted this and paid for a new roof myself in a few years when the damage started to affet the roof. Troy told me how to deal with the insurance company and my hail damage was reassessed and the insurance company approved and paid for a new roof. This save me thousands of dollars in pursuing an insurance claim I most likely would have lost if not for the expert advice of Troy.
