      Awful customer service

      Ranjani has very poor and unprofessional communication skills. She was extremely slow to process paperwork and I had to call/email multiple times to get a response. I finally had to file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner to get results, 0/10 would NOT recommend this agent. I will never use Allstate again due to the awful customer service.
