I was talking with one of the employees at the pep boys of Roswell Rd. I really enjoyed sparking up a conversation with him and he shared some good information about how the equipment they use to operate on or check . I don't much about cars but my mom is not complaining about her tires. Rarely we hear the word free for tire inspections at other auto services like auto zone and O'reilly but there it seems pretty common. My mom doing the old sigh, "oh, I have to spend money I don't have..", but before she could prolong, without any hesitation, the employee told her it was free. I believe his action should be noticed.

I have lived on Roswell rd for over 13 years, and all I can say about this pep boys, is that its nothing but bad service. If you take your car there, it will most likely return with more problems than when you first took it. I have plenty if friends and family in Roswell rd and they all have nothing good to say about this pep boys. Even if you only go In to buy an air freshener for your car, you can expect to wait In line for quiet a while. Its sad whenI am an interior designer and and I know more about cars than the staff that works in this facility. I only write this review in hopes to save someone a couple dollars if not thousands.
