We have created a music program that focuses on the early development and training of children beginning at the age of 3 years old."Performance Based Foundation for the Arts (PBF...Arts, Inc.) is a nonprofit foundation that encourages education and professional training in the musical performance arts for children in underprivileged communities. The Foundation seeks to provide financial resources to programs in the performing arts community with a focus on early identification, and training of gifted and talented children who may be experiencing challenges, of some kind, whether it be financial, developmental (to include autism and dyslexia), and those who are considered at risk.
