I haven't used them, but there was one of them on the phone, in the company van. I was waiting for my son in my car, all the meanwhile he was complaining a lot about some racists stuff and he was being super sexist. It was absolutely gross. Never will I consider them, and I'll make sure others don't as well, as companies should really be more professional even in public.

Just had the worst experience from these folks, and was a satisfied customer who had used them twice previously. They are always slow to respond and just thought that was normal for the industry, however, I called for service last week Wednesday and was put off until Tuesday of this week. I accepted the delay even though we would have to be closed for that time period due to the equipment being down because I did not know anyone else in the area who worked on my type of equipment(a BBQ smoker). I personally spoke with the service tech last week to describe my issue and ensure he would have the parts to get me up and going, and to make sure he was comfortable working on this piece of equipment. He gave me his cell number and asked that I text him my address so I did. I did not hear anything back from him and checked in with him Monday morning to verify we were still on the schedule. No response. I text him again Monday eve to ask that he give us a 20 minute heads up so I could make sure someone would be at the store. No response. I text him again Tuesday AM to check again that we were indeed in his schedule for the day. No response. I called the company directly at 9 Tuesday morning. I was then informed they were having "vehicle issues" with his truck, but they assured me he would let me know when he was on his way. 11 AM I called back and the company stated they were sending someone else out but they would not be at my location until at the earliest 2 that afternoon. This was already after waiting a week for service. The lack of communication from this company is my reason for dissatisfaction and there total disregard for whatever inconvenience they may cause their customers. There was no apology, no attempt at a better solution for me just apathy.
