this place really sucks, it is like watching a movie in super slow motion, all of the employee's seem to wait on the other to do something, when the phone rings it is like it is too much effort to answer, then when one of the slugs finally answer, they put the phone caller on hold! i have unfortunately been here too many times, today for the second time i laid my items on the counter and left, was in there more than 20 minutes to get a grease gun and a tube of grease! i give up i will drive as far as nesessary NOT to go back into the land of slow motion!!!!
