Alvira has been doing my eyebrows for 12 years. She is like a member of the family. I have taken so many people to see her over the years and every one loves the job she does and her pleasent spirit. I recently began to get Brazilian waxes. I was initially terrified. However Alvira was patient and soothed my fears. It wasn't bad. Alvira was so gentle (as gentle as a wax can get. ����) My results were so smooth with no irritation. I am now an eye bow and Brazilian regular.

I purchased a groupon for a series of 3 threading appointments from Miracle Beauty Salon. The expiration date was very short for this- 3 months from the date of purchase. It required a scheduled appointment for the threading and I called numerous times to schedule. I left a message during these calls and never received calls back. I did finally get in once before the expiration and explained the situation but they would not honor the remaining 2 threading appointments included in the groupon. I felt it was unprofessional and poor business practice.

This was such an uncomfortable experience! I was finally able to take some time out of the office to get my haircut. I arrived to the appointment and was immediately greeted by a charming young hairstylist. All was going well, until I began to get anxious due to the owner of the salon. She was extremely rude and treated my hair stylist in a very abrupt manner. Basically, my hairstylist was not able to express her skills without walking on egg shells. The manner in which the owner spoke to the young professional was beyond me. The tension and rudeness was so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to leave. Oh and the price!!! It's not worth it.

Avoid at all costs! I went here and they seroiusly messed up my eyebrows. The worst part is they pretended they did nothing wrong and were extremely rude.
