They will scam you on large repairs. Oil changes/tire replacement they're great, but they tried to charge us $2100 for a repair vs. $254 with our other mechanic.

We had them replace the hub and air conditioning on a truck we barely drive two years ago. $1000 worth of work. 16K-miles later, both have failed and of course it's not their problem. I expect things like this to hold up much longer than that. Used to use them routinely but not going back.
