This IS the worst moving company in the entire world. They are entirely IRRESPONSIBLE, IRRESPONSIVE, AND UNETHICAL!!! RUN AWAY!

They will bait and switch you with "binding agreements" via email and then charge you 700+ more than you were initially quoted. But what's even worse is that these binding agreements state delivery within a MAXIMUM of 21 business days (hard stop, not additional language). THEN they use contract language on the bill of lading that says an average of 21 business days and then maximum of 30 business days FROM YOUR FIRST AVAILABLE ACCEPTANCE DATE. And boy, they take every single second of it and then some! They picked up my delivery on July 5th, and I didn't receive my items until August 25th. You read that correctly - 51 days with my stuff and 51 days of sleeping on an air mattress.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, BUT WAIT IT GETS EVEN BETTER. These unethical idiots somehow managed to lose my $1800 dollar mattress (the biggest thing in the load, like honestly how??), in addition to break my mirror that THEY packed, and a box of all my kitchen essentials. THEN they tried to offer me a whopping $25 to settle the claim, cancel my complaints, and remove any negative reviews! ABSOLUTELY NOT and completely unacceptable.

These movers have made my life for the past 2.5 months a living nightmare, and I cannot more strongly recommend that you use someone else.
